Inspection & Audit
Independent inspection that protects your order
Goods inspection — also known as notarial or export inspection — verifies that the goods supplied meet the requirements of your order contract and special requirements.
Why Inspect
Six reasons to verify before it is too late
- Avoid delivery delays and defects — take emergency and remedial measures at the first time.
- Reduce complaints and rework — avoid customer complaints, refunds and reputation loss from inferior products.
- Lower compensation risk — reduce liability from selling inferior products.
- Check quality and quantity — avoid contract disputes before shipment.
- Select better suppliers — compare and choose with information and suggestions.
- Cut management costs — reduce the large number of management and labour costs paid for monitoring goods.
Inspection Types
Five inspection services
Pre-production Inspection
Inspectors perform random-sampling inspection on raw materials, rough-wrought products and parts.
In-process Inspection
Inspection of semi-finished or finished products; defects and deviations are reported to the factory with effective correction methods.
Pre-shipment Sampling Inspection
When production and packaging are finished and before delivery, quantity, craft, function, colour, specification and packaging are inspected following GB2828.1 / ISO2859 / ANSI / ASQC Z1.4 / BS 6001 / DIN 40080, complying with your AQL sampling level.
Shipping Supervision
After final inspection, inspectors assist clients to confirm that encasement meets proper cleaning and binning conditions.
Factory Assessment
Assessment of working conditions, production status, facilities, equipment, manufacturing mode, quality assurance and personnel — with explanation, opinion and correction suggestions.

Regardless of where your supplier is located in China, the inspection report is delivered to you within 24 hours after inspection is finished.
