Our promised delivery times are carefully calculated and guaranteed. If a service is not completed within the period, we provide it free of charge. Delays caused by objective reasons of the client or the certification body are excluded from this commitment.
We assist clients in applying for product certification, but we cannot promise that samples will pass testing. If a sample does not meet requirements, we provide rectification suggestions — however, since samples are not produced by us, we cannot guarantee that rectified samples will pass retesting.
